Great app but..

Unfortunately there is no window of time you can return a purchase.

Purchased an extra ticket accidentally and tried speaking to someone within minutes and could not get a refund.

Even a 15 min window should be given to allow corrections for human error.

Working in business unfortunately Id deem this as bad business practice.
