Rukkus - Tickets Tonight App Reviews

Seriously the coolest way to buy a ticket. Im a huge Ranger / Met fan, so being able to see EXACTLY what my seat looks like before hand is incredible, not to mention the fact that its CHEAPER than anywhere else too! There must be some seriously smart guys over at Rukkus coming up with this stuff, cant wait to tell everyone about this app.

Quick, simple, and easy to use, Rukkus lets you set your location and the app instantly tells you whats going on around you, from sporting event to concerts. I cant wait to travel somewhere and use Rukkus to help me find out what concerts are going on in the area.

I have gone to countless sporting events through Rukkus! I use it every time I am looking to get some good deals on seats. Ive used other third party ticket vendors, but none of them are as easy to use or cheap as Rukkus. Also Rukkus customer service is spot on! They always respond back immediately! The only complaint I have is all of the deals do not always show up on the app and I have to go to their website to see all of the great deals!

I havent even gotten the chance to see if its any good! I love my concerts and getting good seats and I wanted to see if it would help me find good seats for this concert I want to go to but I cant even get in! FIX THIS.

Was looking for mets tickets as a birthday present, not only did their customer service help me find AWESOME seats! But at an OUTSTANDING Price!! And they delivered it super fast!! I will def order again!!!

Wanted to try this app but doesnt offer services in my area, Cleveland Ohio? When use my location it pulls from Cincinnati Yuk or Detroit double yuk. #BigFail

I recently listed my first set of tickets on rukkus and was blown away by their customer service, sale speed, and overall experience. Not only did my tickets sell faster than on any site Ive used before,but rukkus takes a significantly smaller percentage than stubhub. Their staff was quick to respond to my questions and made sure my experiences was great.

Dont trust this App. I tried using it. For some reason it wasnt accepting my card info. Now 2 days later. They tried using my card for Fraud. Please do not trust this App

I used their website rukkus.com. I purchased tickets for an event that was happing in less than a week. I was worried at first using the site because the tickets were ready one day before the event; however the tickets were for the wrong time. I contacted costumer report and got in contact with Oliver who was great and not only did we get tickets for the right time, but upgraded for Free even BETTER seats only 7 rows back from the stage. IT WAS AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH RUKKUS

I bought tickets for an out of town event over three weeks ago. The event is tomorrow and I’m leaving town today and the tickets have yet to arrive. Customer service is not calling me back. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a ticket agency.

Great app! First time user. Scored some amazing seats for nearly half off the stub hub price. Should really look into wallet integration for iOS. Apple Pay and Apple Watch are great additions. Wallet would be the cherry on top! Keep being awesome.

Doesnt allow me to bypass "Find My Location" and leaves me stuck until I enable it. There should be an option allowing customers to bypass if they dont want to use that feature.
