Rukkus - Tickets Tonight App Reviews

Its a scam. Theres no tickets they just take your money and leave you hanging. Its game time and I cant reach customer service, no tickets were sent bit of course the money was already taken from my account.

DO NOT USE RUKKUS!! Rukkus claims they have a "Buyer Guarantee" policy, however, they did NOT stand by it after I purchased 2 concert tickets for $669. Rukkus failed to produce the 2 tickets I purchased after they realized that the tickets I purchased, that were listed on their website and I called to inquire/verify 3 times before I purchased were supposedly listed wrong?? I had researched several different ticket brokers & even called into Rukkus 3 times to verify that the tickets posted on their website were accurate. 2 Rukkus employees verified the tickets that I was interested in & told me about their wonderful "Buyer Guarantee". Both reiterated the companys "Buyer Guarantee" policy, stating that Rukkus would locate another set of equal or similar value tickets, in a comparable location/section to the tickets that I had purchased as replacements if there were any problems with my tickets. RUKKUS claims this on their website, app and 2 of their employees actually told me all about the "Buyer Guarantee" on the phone. After being reassured by 2 of Rukkus employees that the tickets were real, valid, and available and after I purchased the tickets, I received a call from RUKKUS that the tickets listed on their site that I purchased were not available???? I asked for a supervisor & just wanted floor seats like I had purchased and Rukkus still had multiple options available on their website. NONE of Rukkus staff, including the supervisor, would uphold their so called "Buyer Guarantee". When I asked for a manager he told me no one else was available??? I also left several messages that were never returned? In the end Rukkus did not NOT stand by their buyer guarantee & for all the claims on their website “ BUY WITH CONFIDENCE,” "SEE YOUR VIEW Before You Buy," "KICK-BUTT Customer Service," "because were SERIOUS about creating awesome fan experiences," and my favorite, the so called "Buyer Guarantee"!! Rukkus did not uphold one of their so called values/quotes with me!! They were and are all fluff!!! In addition, the staff & supervisor were very, very rude & really did not care AT ALL about what happened or helping to find an alternative for a paying customer!! Not something I expect after spending $669. Other ticket vendors more are reputable, reliable and actually have and understand service. Sorry I had even looked into them. By the time my $669 was refunded I could not get tickets even close to what was available before my regrettable experience with RUKKUS!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It wont even open because it crashes within two seconds.

The seating chart was so easy to use. I got to pick my row and even see a view from my seats!

Found super cheap tickets to a saturday Kings game and the customer service was really helpful. Kings won and Tofolli scored!!!

Ive been using Rukkus for about a year now and love that you can just pull up your ticket right on the app and dont need to print anything. I also really dig the seat view option, definitely helps when deciding the best valued seat.

Never have any issues ordering through the app. Highly recommended

The absolute best service of any site. Allowed me to purchase great, last minute tickets to experience the unbelievably talented Ariana Grande(singing brought me to tears) with my terminally ill friend,Darren. Made a sick boy, a very happy one . 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

The other day I had searched all over the Internet for Andrea Bocelli tickets to gift my father, a wealthy British nobleman, for his birthday. I had given up my search after hours of navigating all sorts of different ticket websites. I was fairly upset until a friend recommended "Rukkus" to me. Rukkus made my search for tickets very simple, had great deals and even showed me the view from the seats I had purchased. Really is the best ticket site on the market! The only downside from my experience with Rukkus would be that my father didnt like how far away our seats were and proceeded to beat me with jumper cables like I was a rented mule. It was a pretty significant drawback. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

The Google of finding tix. Really impressed with Rukkus and that I was able to buy close up mets tix at an affordable price. Highly recommend. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 star is bc I havent used it enough

I purchased tickets online only to get a call a few hours later saying that the tickets I purchased were unavailable. To my surprise when I called customer service back they immediately apologized for their mistake and at no extra cost to me replaced my tickets with better seats. It was easy and I would def buy again from this site.

I bought tickets for an out of town event (SF Ballet) and unfortunately they arrived late and I was unable to attend. BUT RUKKUS costumer service came to the rescue and found me new seats and provided seamless support. We rarely see an attention to detail in the online world-- They went above and beyond my expectations. I must say THANK YOU. And Ill be buying all my event tickets through your app!

We tried ordering tickets 2 different times from this app. First time they said it was a problem on their end and were very sorry but we have to refund your money back . Didnt really give me a good reason about tickets ,But said next purchase u will get 10% off. Gave them a second chance and they said Im very sorry something happened on our end and were gonna have to refund your money back . I explained to the guy I had seen the tickets on my phone and then when I tried to print them from my computer they disappeared . Notes said awaiting for sender to upload tickets. I explained to the guy that this happened twice in one month. He said sorry but next 4 purchases u can get 10% off. I dont want 10% off how about u give me free tickets. I dont really wanna give them another chance cuz Im afraid it might happen again. I wouldnt recommend this app to anyone and Ill stick to another app. Thanks for your time rukkus.

I was charged an additional 35% in "taxes and service fees" PER TICKET. I knew they would be sneaky about it- they dont tell you until after you put in your card information and are on the last screen. I went through it too quickly trying to see what they would charge and accidentally purchased the tickets (they dont give refunds). I couldve purchased the same tickets on other sites, of which Im sure dont gouge like this. Ill never use this again.

Great experience, great support. Told me as soon as I purchased my tickets, that If there was any issues they would find the same or better seats.... Would definitely recommend and use again.. Thanks Oliver for all your help!!!

Low prices via Google search lured me... Once website didnt work on my PC, found and downloaded app... App REQUIRES location access to work at all... Had invested 20 minutes already so still decided (against my morals) to accept the terms... The app interface is below expectations and the pretax ticket prices arent consistent from one screen to the next. No confidence at all in my ability to purchase 6, $515/piece, Hamilton tickets and actually gain entry when I get to the door.

First time using this app. Purchased tickets for an event in my home city. Selected the desired date, selected the correct venue, selected the desired seats as indicated on the map of a the venue. Completed the purchase and ended up receiving tickets for an event in a different state and on a different date!?!? This happen to anyone else?
