Rukkus - Tickets Tonight App Reviews

I used to get tickets from this app all the time. This was my go to for tickets but now they add fees for each ticket. I guess Ill have to delete this too.

This app charges you a ridiculous amount of hidden fees. Ended up paying $600 for $300 worth of tickets. Of course they dont let you return the tickets after. Bad company and very bad philosophy. Just go to stubhub or ticketmaster, they have no ridiculous markup fee that scams $200+ off of you.

Thought I would try this app out, online reviews ok, app is awful! I bought 3 tickets to a concert, & it charged my account again for another three! I tried to delete my credit card and couldnt. Spent hours locating a phone number and of course no email expect for tech issues. It was the longest 8 hours of my life. I give 2 stars only because the manager actually answered my 3 call l, apologized and stated hed credit me back the extra charge. As of now still waiting 2 days later, but will give another day. Use of this app again- NEVER!

The app doesnt work!! Prompts me to login and then says i need to verify my email. I do it and its a vicious cycle.. Keeps prompting me to verify my email. I got better things to do. whatever! Learn how to build an app. Fyi, deleted app twice and re-installed. Verified at least 4 times. They dont know what the are doing.....

Finally -- I can see the view from my seats before checking out!!! Ive been wanting this for years and Rukkus delivered in a big way. Thanks guys :)

Seriously the coolest way to buy a ticket. Im a huge Ranger / Met fan, so being able to see EXACTLY what my seat looks like before hand is incredible, not to mention the fact that its CHEAPER than anywhere else too! There must be some seriously smart guys over at Rukkus coming up with this stuff, cant wait to tell everyone about this app.

The app is super slick, prices are cheaper than other sites too. The virtual reality feature is amazing, Ive never seen anything like it. Highly recommend!

I love this app! Not only does this app find me the best seats for a great deal, it also provides me with a view of my seat! With the Seat360 option, you can view exactly where youd be sitting before purchasing tickets. I absolutely love this option! After seeing this, I now use Rukkus to buy tickets to all concerts, theatre performances, and sporting events! I highly recommend downloading!!

Got great seats to a Red Sox game the day of. App was easy to use and the virtual reality helped me pick out the tickets I wanted.
